Returns & Refunds Policy

Thank you for shopping with Theo Chefware. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please review our policy below regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges.

1. Returns Eligibility
You may request a return or exchange for eligible items within 7 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when received

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

  • Return requests must be submitted within 7 days from the delivery date

2. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at [email protected] with the following details:

  • Full name

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photo of the item (if damaged or defective)

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide return instructions.

3. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or was sent in error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns.

4. Refunds
Refunds are issued only under the following conditions:

  • The item is returned and inspected

  • The return request is approved

  • The item is found to be unused and in original condition

Once your return is approved and received, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days. Refunds will be issued via bank transfer or your preferred local method, as arranged through customer support.

5. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for defective or damaged products. You must report any damage within 48 hours of delivery by emailing [email protected] with a photo and order number.

6. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Used or damaged products not caused by shipping

  • Items returned after the 7-day return window

  • Items without original packaging

7. Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them. Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
